Announcing our new church plant

to be located in the south metro area of Atlanta, Georgia

At their meeting on January 5, 2021, the Council of Elders approved the formation of a new church plant to be located in the south metro area of Atlanta. We anticipate the launch to take place in late 2021 or early 2022. We plan to send our current high school pastor, Zach Fallon, with a team of others to help see this new gospel work established in the area. Zach has sensed a calling to both church planting and to the greater Atlanta area for several years and he and Christine are excited to serve the Lord Jesus in this calling. Zach is committed to finishing the school year in his current role and then, Lord willing, relocate to the south metro Atlanta area with his family the first week of June. You can read his communication to the HYACKS community announcing this news here.

How can you help?

Pray. This is the most strategic way for our whole church to participate. Pray for God to go before us in every way and prepare the soil even now for this new church. Pray that people will come to know and follow Jesus.

Grow the team. If you think you might be open to moving, or if you know of people in the Atlanta area who might be a good fit, email Zach with your interest.

Stay informed. Click here if you would like to stay informed and watch our church communications for other news and developments.
