Bible Reading 2017
There is something powerful about God's Word, the Bible. It is the source of life and hope, of conviction and encouragement, of grace and truth.
We believe that time spent reading the Bible is an important part of developing a vibrant relationship with God. Together with the Anchor Verse Scripture Memory Plan, we challenge you to spend time reading and studying the Bible every day. You could do this on your own or ask a friend to read through the Bible with you and talk about what you are reading in God's Word. We have a Bible Reading Plan for 2017 that will allow us to journey through the year in God's Word, reading the same passages together day by day.
There are several ways to access the 2017 Bible Reading Plan electronically:
You may also pick up a printed copy of the Bible Reading Plan at the Welcome Center or information kiosks in the Narthex or Commons.
Our Scripture memory program is called "Anchor Verses." These verses go along with our 2020 Vision and encourage the entire family to learn together. For the fourth quarter of 2017, we will be memorizing Psalm 62 together.
If you would like a Scripture memory card for Psalm 62, stop by the information kiosks on Sundays or the Church Office during the week to pick it up.
