The Twenties Ministry is comprised of 20-something adults (22-29), both married and single. We exist to be a landing place for 20-somethings to grow in Christian community in the local church (Col. 3:12-17) and to be a launching pad to send them out to participate in the ministry and mission of the church (Eph. 4:11-16)
As a ministry, we intentionally engage in:
- Small Groups: Small groups are one of the main ways we at College Church engage in authentic, intimate community with each other. 20s small groups are co-led by other 20-somethings and consist of diverse individuals who are in similar post-college seasons, and can therefore truly empathize with each other's joys and pains. Small groups times usually consist of studying Scripture together, praying for each other and enjoying fellowship. For more information, or to join a group, email Melissa.
- Special Events and Service Projects: These are times when we come together as one group and participate in corporate worship, fellowship, good food and service projects for the church and larger community. In the past, we've had retreats, worship nights, movie and game nights, barbecues, and more. We also encourage 20-somethings to come together and participate in church-wide events alongside their 20-something friends. Whatever the event, you can be sure it includes meaningful fellowship with people of similar ages as well as diverse experiences.
