When you come to College Church for the first time here are some details that are good to know.
For information about Easter, visit our Easter Services page.
Parking. There is a car parking lot across the street from the Sanctuary, and another smaller lot behind the Sanctuary. Places fill up rapidly so if you want to park close to the building, plan to arrive early. If you are walking across the street from the car park opposite the main building, a police officer is there to help with the traffic flow. Click here to see a map of places to park.
What to wear. We don’t have a “dress code.” You will find that people wear anything from suits to jeans.
Sunday morning worship gathering. There are three services (8, 9.30, 11). They usually last about an hour, and include singing songs, prayer, a few announcements and a sermon from the Bible. We preach “expository” sermons most of the time, which means that we want to preach what the Bible itself says from the passage we are looking at that week.
Sunday evening worship gathering. There is one service at 6 p.m. This is a more intimate, informal service with singing, prayer, announcements, and a sermon from the Bible.
