Vocal and Choral Music
Vocal and Choral Music for Adults (including collegians) centers on choral ensembles in the morning services, and solo voices or ensembles in the evening. Solo vocalists are auditioned by Pastor Chuck King.

The Chancel Choir sings in the morning services during the school year (about 40 Sundays per year), as well as seasonal services, festivals and concerts. Repertoire centers on standard/classical sacred anthems, with occasional extended works (with orchestra or other instrumental ensembles), spirituals, and modern compositions. The Chancel Choir is not auditioned, but an interview with the director is required. Singers may join the choir at any time during the year, and commit to sing two of the three Sunday morning services throughout the full season.

College Church Singers is a select ensemble of variable size, directed by Greg Wheatley, singing periodically and rehearsing in anticipation of those services in which it sings.

Participation is by invitation or audition.

Summer Choral Ensembles sing during the ten-week Chancel Choir summer break. Participation in these smaller choirs is open to all vocal musicians in the church. A variety of directors lead ensembles such as (for example) Men's Chorus, Women's Choir, Gospel Choir, and Ensemble.

Other ensembles may be used as appropriate.
