Songs for the Journey CD of hymn arrangements (Edwin T. Childs) sung by baritone Dr. Gerard Sundberg, accompanied by College Church musicians including pianist Bill Billlingham and organist H. E. Singley, as well as flute, oboe, violin and cello. "Creation" by Franz Josef Haydn
is the newest non nobis recording. Recorded during its October 23, 2005 performance at College Church, it features the Chancel Choir, Orchestra, and soloists: Robin Wiper, soprano; Patrick Miller, tenor; Stephen Morscheck, bass. Dr. Daniel Sommerville, conductor of the Wheaton College Symphony Orchestra, conducted the performance and prepared the orchestra; under his artistic direction Charles King prepared the chorus. The 2-CD set contains the complete "Creation" with a program booklet, and is available at College Church during business hours for $12. Other recordings include performances of Handel's "Messiah" performed by the College Church Chancel Choir, orchestra, and professional soloists.
