International Students, Inc. (ISI) Help reach international students. You can join International Students, Inc. (ISI) in reaching out to some of the world’s future leaders through Chicago Table Talk on Saturday afternoons and by interacting with students you meet there on a more informal basis. Talk to Ryan Skinner (rskinner@college-church.org) about this exciting opportunity to share Christ’s love with this strategic community. For more information about International Students, Inc. go to: www.isionline.org/index.htm.
World Relief World Relief believes that… “…local church congregations offer hope and life; that the church offers the best context for working with the poor in overcoming their lack of opportunity. The local church with its emphasis on restored relationships can meet spiritual, social and physical needs. We believe showing suffering people that Christians care and that the Church wants to make a lasting impact on their lives is a powerful expression of our faith and love for God. World Relief empowers, equips and strengthens churches to serve their communities, enabling them to act as beacons of hope to their people and to spread the life-changing power of Jesus Christ. Church-centered, grassroots initiatives tackle entrenched and intertwined problems of poverty – and people experience transformation in their lives, in their families, in their churches, and in their communities.” (www.worldrelief.org) College Church and World Relief partner together in outreach to many refugees in DuPage County.
