CHILDREN, STUDENTS AND STARS DISABILITY
Children (Kids’ Harbor)—join our team of workers on Sunday morning/evening or Wednesday morning/evening. Email for more information.
Jr. High (KMs)—small-group leaders needed. Email for more information.
High school (HYACKs)—small-group leaders needed. Email for more information.
Disabilities (STARS)—Help families with a member that has a developmental disability. Email for more information.
Sports—coaches, refs, scorekeepers and others help our basketball and soccer outreach for children. Email for more information.
AROUND THE CHURCH
Snow Shoveling—seeking high-school father-son teams to help as needed. Email for more information.
Landscaping— Join our flower planting and clean up team to help prepare the grounds of the church in the fall and spring. Email for more information.
Experienced Painters—All experienced painters come help with the ongoing touch up room painting needs around the church. Paint and brushes provided. Email for more information.
Holidays/Events—Help with set up and take down of decorations for special holidays and events. Email for more information.
Missions Festival—a variety of tasks help make out twice-a-year event a success. Email for more information.

IN TIME OF NEED
Helping Hands—God’s people using resources and gifts to serve His family. Includes auto inspection and/or repair; child/elder care; cookies/food; errands (shopping); food/meals; health aide (e.g. bathing/dressing); light housekeeping (e.g. laundry/cleaning); outside home maintenance (raking/snow shoveling); small household repair; transportation; miscellaneous help. AROUND TOWN
Resale Shops— volunteer at one of our two resale shops. Email for more information.
Immigrants/Refugees—become an ESL aide, join a Good Neighbor Team around a newly arrived refugee family or relocate to Wheaton Square Apartments. Email for more information.
International Student Ministry—get involved in bringing the gospel to more than 19,000 international students who are studying in Chicago. Email for more information.
PADS—Volunteer to staff an emergency shelter in Wheaton the fifth Wednesday of the month. Email for more information.
Outreach Community Center (OCC)—Volunteer opportunities include: helping out at the annual Christmas store as a wrapper, shopper’s helper and the like; partnering with community families in mutually supportive relationships that include friendship and mentoring; tutoring students participating in OCC programs. CareNet—Help women who are experiencing unplanned or unwanted pregnancies choose life for their unborn babies. Email for more information.
