Take the opportunity to walk the preschool halls during a Sunday or Wednesday and you’ll see preschoolers acting out the Bible story, creating a craft to reinforce the lesson, or singing songs with motions. In each of our preschool classes, children are actively engaged in learning centers, music, or Bible story time, all with the focus of teaching children more about God and His Word.
Bible School
During the 9:30 a.m. Bible School hour, 2-year olds through Kindergarteners meet in age appropriate classes to hear stories from the Bible, interact with one another, and learn a love for God and His Word. Children are also taught about missions through missionary stories and relationships with College Church missionary families.
Children’s Church
At 8:00 & 11:00 a.m., 2-year olds through pre-kindergarteners focus on God’s character as they are drawn into worship through music, Bible stories, and prayer. Instilled in preschoolers is a sense of reverence and awe for God and His Word.
Sunday Night Preschool
During the 6:00 p.m. service, 2-year olds through Kindergarteners enjoy a time of guided play, Bible stories, and activities often related to missions.
Kids’ Korner—A preschool program and nursery is available on Wednesday mornings during Women’s Bible Study (9:15-11:15 a.m.). Preschoolers and Kindergarteners learn truths from God’s Word each week through Bible stories, learning centers, music, and crafts. Infants are lovingly cared for in the nursery.
Pioneer Clubs (September-April)
- Skippers—Two and three year olds gather on Wednesday evenings (6:45-8:15 p.m.) to learn about Jesus Christ through Bible stories, crafts, and games. A nursery is available for those parents serving in Wednesday evening programs or participating in the evening Women’s Bible Study.
- Scooters—PreK and Kindergarten children meet together on Wednesday evenings (6:45-8:15 p.m.) for a time of games, crafts, music and Bible stories with the purpose of developing an ongoing relationship with Jesus Christ.
