RYAN SKINNER and his wife Kelly, both graduated from Wheaton College, where they met in a self-defense class. Together they served as missionaries in Panama for four years, where Ryan worked alongside a group of indigenous pastors, helping coordinate training, community development projects, outreach and church planting efforts. He and Kelly also helped establish an English-speaking church among the ex-patriot community in their area. 

Upon returning from Panama, Ryan earned his M.A. in Theological Studies at the Wheaton Graduate School and worked at Wheaton College in Student Development. He served as a missions intern under Bruce Wilson, and began serving full-time as a ministry associate for missions at College Church in August 2008.

In the near future, they plan to return to Panama and serve with Operation Mobilization, where they will be training national leaders and mobilizing the Latin American church for missions. Ryan and Kelly have two children, Anna (5) and Nora (1).

HOBBIES/OTHER INTERESTS: Spending time in the beautiful water of the Great Lakes, snowy winters, running, ultimate Frisbee, lifting weights and spending time with family in the great state of Michigan.
