a ministry of intercession

The entire church is invited to pray on Wednesday evenings in Commons Hall at 7:00pm.

Qualities of one called to a ministry of intercession include:

• A simple desire to meet with God.
• Desire to grow in praying and to learn more about prayer.
• Love to pray...praying for extended periods of time is a joy and delight.
• Expect God to hear prayer and to answer according to His wisdom.
• See answers to prayer daily, or at least regularly.
• Receive regular insight and scripture that informs their praying.
• Keep tenaciously a personal confidence of another.
• Place pastors and/or ministries as a high priority in their total prayer life.
• Sought after by others for prayer or have received a gifting in prayer.
• Enjoy intimacy with the Lord in their daily walk with Him.
• Has often a compassion/mercy gifting.
• Feel comfortable praying alone, with others, in different environments, at various times of the day.
