Praises
• Praise God for loving His children enough to deny us the easy and sweet, that we may sit calmed and quiet like a weaned child with its mother. Praise Him that our hope is fully in the Lord from this time forth and forevermore [Psalm 131].
• Praise the Lord for faithfully bringing many pastors and leaders to the Workshop on Biblical Exposition. Pray that His word may expand in the hearts and minds of all who attended that they may carry the message of the gospel to every corner of their community.
• Praise our Lord that we can trust Him in troubling times clinging to His covenant, His holiness and His truthfulness. Pray that the Spirit may remind us of these certainties in our changing world [Habakkuk 1:12-2:5].
• Praise God for the outpouring of volunteers during Called to Serve Sunday. Pray that each individual may serve where God may be most glorified.
• Praise God that no soul can guess His grace. Praise Him that His glorious light clothes us while illumining our path [Come Down O Love Divine].
• Praise the Lord for providing the means, the workers and the joyful hearts for CareFest two Saturdays ago. Pray that the bread that was cast may return great glory to our God and Savior.
• Praise the Lord for calling out faithful leaders who are above reproach to serve as under-shepherds of His flock. Pray that they may hold firm to the trustworthy Word.
• Praise the Lord for continuing to move the New Covenant Church Plant toward their June 1 launch at Naperville Central High School. Pray that as they toil and strive to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ in Naperville, that their hope may be firmly fixed on the living God.

• Pray for this time of transition on the HYACK adult leadership team.
• Pray that the faith of the STAMP Asia team may grow abundantly and the love of each member may increase for one another and for the lost.
• Pray that as a body of believers, we may utilize the church wide family survey so as to glorify God, bring honor to the name of Christ and maximize our spiritual gifting for ministry.
• Pray that God may graciously minister to the STARS and their families through the STARS Jellystone Retreat, Memorial Day weekend. Pray that God may provide a bounty of spiritual nourishment and physical protection for each participant.
• Why should the nations say, “Where is their God?” Our God is in the heavens; He does all that He pleases [Psalm 115 2-3]. Pray that we will forsake our idols, fear the Lord and trust in Him that the nations may never ask this question of us.
• Pray that through the Annual Meeting, the Spirit of God may bond our body in a unified call to sacrifice, service and outreach in the name of Christ for the glory of God and the growth of each believer.
• Pray for our Sunday services: Morning, Dr. Paul House—Habakkuk 3:1-19
