College Church Pictorial Directory coming out in 2011.

Get ready to smile! Sign-ups have started for our new Pictorial Directory. Sign-up today while there is still a good selection of appointments, either online or at the display table in the Narthex on Sunday.

How:

Online, you will need the church phone number to log in (630) 668-0878 or church contract number (54591). Once you enter home information click "save" and the available times will be displayed for you. You can also call Olan Mills at (800) 866-2263, Mon-Fri 8 a.m.-9 p.m. to schedule or change an appointment. If you sign-up online you will receive a confirmation e-mail soon afterwards.

Each household that comes for photography and portrait viewing will receive a complimentary directory and an 8X10 Custom Color Portrait. We will be reusing the blue binders that hold the current directory but a complete set of new pictures will be added. Blue binders will be given to families who currently do not own one. Additional portrait options will be available for purchase. Please participate - it will not be complete without you!

When:

• October: 4–8 — 2-–9:20 p.m.
• October: 9 — 9:30 a.m.–5:10 p.m.
• October: 11–15 — 2-9:20 p.m.
• October: 16 — 9:30 a.m.–5:10 p.m.
• October: 28–29 — 2–9:20 p.m.
• October: 30 — 9:30 a.m.–5:10 p.m.

Remember to arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time to make last minute preparations.

Where:

Pictures will be taken at the church on the lower level 1of the sanctuary building - pre-school rooms: 014, 012 and 010. Our sanctuary building (335 E Seminary) is where Sunday morning services are held, as well as nursery and children’s classes. For those unfamiliar with these classrooms: enter the sanctuary building, go downstairs to the left or down the elevator, turn left and the rooms are straight ahead. Click here for our church map.

Help Needed:

Will you help us run the portrait appointment sign in table during picture days? We are looking for friendly people to greet and help check in families during the above sitting dates and times. Please contact Jackie if you are available and willing to help.
